The growing poverty conditions within the Palestinian refugee camps of Lebanon demanded the establishment of a free clinic to meet the demands of serious health problems. This clinic is capable of all forms of medical care including simple surgery and maternity care. The staff is well-trained and our pharmacy remains well-stocked to serve the needs of the larger surrounding community. This clinic can run into high-end operation to serve over 100 people per day if needed. Most illnesses which are easily cured or alleviated by this clinic could still kill a person without proper treatment.

With the intense need of both Palestinian refugees and poor families within Lebanon only increasing; our clinic is vital to the area. Palestinian refugees have no option but to go to free clinics established by humanitarian organizations; if it were not for clinics like ours, many would simply have to suffer and perhaps die of their curable illnesses.
Our clinic is well-staffed and well-stocked. During the crisis in the summer of 2006 they were able to handle over 100 patients every day with a variety of ailments. The clinic needs $1,500 a month to remain fully operational and we cannot continue to help people without your support.
